Oculus Control is now not as intuative
« on: September 29, 2013, 12:31:10 am »

Hi everyone.

Just wondering if anybody out there has noticed the new control scheme using the Oculus Rift is not as good as it was before this latest update. Cant look at a point then travel towards it anymore. It seems to keep me at the same altitude when moving. I have tried to re-install as well as the various movement options via the Home button with no luck. Am I missing something here?

Something that would truly remedy this situation would be Space Navigator support. Just saying. ;)

It's a bug, camera controllers were unified but some things apparently didn't get ported properly - will be fixed.

Does plugging an Oculus in disable controller support?

Just came here to complain about this myself, glad to hear it will be fixed. Flying around Superman style is my favourite thing to do in Outerra! :)
