Multiplayer sandbox for few players

Hello. I was reading on this forum about Multiplayer, but i am confused. Will there be a Multiplayer Sandbox? I dont mean one big servers, but like in Minecraft people download and use server. I would like to play with friends and rebuild (entire) Poland.

A user-server multiplayer is one of things we are working on, but we are also experimenting how a global sandbox might work, where content created on different user hosted servers in separate locations could be shared in one world.

This feature will be the turning point for Outerra/Anteworld. Once you can mess around with friends it will be a real focus on everyone's radar.
