Global River Basins
« on: November 27, 2016, 10:10:23 am »

... found an interesting article at IFLS about river basins-tracked pics. Has them graphically shown connected to the sea-end in different collors aroud the world. Not sure if helpfull, but may be interesting in some way for OTs rivers:

We are still undeveloped as long as we don´t realize, that all our science is still descriptive, and than beyond that description lies a whole new world we just haven´t even started to fully understand.

Thanks, that's an interesting view.
Probably not relevant to the rendering, but very interesting for planet generators.

Interesting. Since the rivers flow in the bottom of valleys, this map creates an interesting "reversed elevation" effect.
