Title: Data downloads are very slow

Hi,

1 month ago when i played Outerra, data where downloaded at 400-500 kbits.

Now when an update is download or terrain data, my speed is about 30-35 kbits.

What's going on ? Any way to fix this ?

Nothing has changed on our side, I'll try to check if there's any indication of bandwidth problems anywhere.
