Hi everyone!.

I like so much the demo of outerra but i have some questions.

I,m thinking to purchase full versión but….


-Are there roads, buildings, etc etc by default or Is it need to be added for me ?

-What are the new updates expected? Roadmap of developers.

In current version there are only roads in Switzerland (a test release), no buildings.
Upcoming releases will have global roads and later also global cities.
New release is expected this summer.

Are we getting any new cities in the "road" release?

I guess I shouldn't really expect that, as the cities would probably all come together.  idk

Not in the very first release, which will still be an old pipeline build because of backward compatibility with hardware on which previous versions ran. Old pipeline can't really handle large cities well, and besides we are still tuning the performance of cities even in new pipeline, so the release with cities is expected to follow a short time later.

New pipeline has higher requirements on hardware level support - will require OpenGL 4.3+ or so, and some specific extensions. These are present on anything released in past 6 years, but we still have people running older HW and don't want to cut off them completely.

Patcher was updated to check the system compatibility before updating, to not brick the installation for these.
