Crash when Data Folder is missing.

Hey all, I keep my data folder on an external Hard Drive (with the 12 gigs of terrain data) and I couldn't figure out why my game wouldn't start and just kept crashing over and over. Well the external HD was off.  :P

So just a heads up to you Cameni you may want to make it pop up a coherent error message saying "H:\OuterraData\Data" is missing or unavailable.. Blah blah blah instead of just a wham bam crash-u mam.
