EDIT: Nevermind, I have found the answer in an older post. Sorry for not reading before.
This blue dots appeared on the sky when I was under the fog level... When I changed the time, I realized this were actually stars, that you can see even at noon if there are fog...
My wife is beside me, and says it's romantic... mmmmhhhh.. ::)
