Version 1a now released.
I would like to thank Snorri for his superb base dunkelgeld texture and SirDieAlot for his excellent engine and turret sounds.
Spec:
180hp 6-cylinder Maybach HL66P engine
Transmission ZF Aphon SSG48: synchromesh 6 forward gears and 1 reverse gear.
Top speed 60 km/ h
Weight 11.8 t
My hope is that the Outerra community will add all the features we currently have in various other vehicles to the Luchs. A gearbox with gear changing.
Sounds are included ready to add into the Luchs.js, a engine driving sound and track sounds are in the Luchs folder but I have no clue how to add them.
Hatches, tracks, tools and gear wheels are all exposed in the import and could be made to work, or in the tools case randomized, so some vehicles have missing tools.
I have tweaked the Luchs to resemble the driving of a Luchs, though it needs more work and a gearbox to get the best from it.

So it seems, that the German reich panzer truppen will be the first to militarily conquer the OT Earth surface in great numbers and variations ... Where is the OT Uralvagonzavod whyte its T-34s and KV-1es ?? :)

very nice job! thanks! i see in a update that we now have a "fire" button, how long till we can fire from this? can that be done yet or is that just in ufo mode for now?

Updated to 1a, new code added (Version 0.7.16.3733) so the Luchs will not move until the engine start sound has finished playing.

its great! now it just has to able to fire it's cannon.
i added some other bump and spec maps and edit the texture. its a bit to reflective but a bit better than default i think.

Here's another attempt at mapping the infamous Luchs :D. Murks was nice enough to pass me the UV silhouette for texturing. I would have liked to bring it further but for a first custom vehicle texture i guess that will do for now. You can download the .rar file and unpack in your Luchs folder and overwrite the textures and matlib. I also did a camo version, was not sure to include it or not but there you have it if some prefer that version. You just need to edit the .matlib and use the camo diffuse texture.

The only "glowing" ting is just the single track peace on the left rear ... otherwise, the textures look really nice.

Sorry i forgot to change the status of the file in google drive as 'anyone with the link can download' .Should work now.
To be honest i didn't know what it was (the single track) and simply overlooked it :-[ So yes now that i know, i'll try to give it an appropriate texture.
