Title: How to get purchased version back?

Hi there. I had to blank my computer because there was a virus on it, but I put the Outerra installer into a USB. I put the installer back onto the computer and I downloaded outerra, but it seems to have forgotten that I already purchased the alpha demo and its saying I haveto purchase it again! Can someone tell me how to get my alpha demo back?

Normally you log in with your user name and password.

If you don't remember your user name (case sensitive), please sent us an email to support at outerra.com with some details, like the email you've registered with. We'll reply to the email with the registered user name, and you can then recover the password.

I remembered by username and password, and I sucessfully logged in. But still, it only offered me the demo version even though I bought it a year ago

Hmm, must have been a different account than nawrp11, for that there's no record. Could you check&forward us your Paypal confirmation email? The nickname should be listed there too.
