I presume you are adding the world times for 3 reasons.
1. Its awesome
2. So I don't stay up until 4am reading the forums.
3. So we can estimate if people in Bratislava are awake.

Nice idea, but is shouldn't eat half of the screen :)

Well, it's awesome, yes. Also to see which madmen stay up until 4am :)
But essentially we wanted some convenient place where we we can find out what time is it when dealing with our partners from various parts of the world. So I tried it on forums.

Half of the screen? What browser is it? I've tested it in Firefox/Chrome/IE and it looks Ok.

Friend with Chrome said it loaded vertical and then when he reloaded it fixed itself.

I have FF 3.6.13, using primarily that one .. now I don't understand what's wrong.

I have been seeing everything all right in all the browsers, maybe the styles didn't refresh for you.
Anyway, I've changed the styles to be inline so now it should work for everyone.

Next step is a dark theme (I force one with an addon) and a cool Outerra Banner
-
You could try a PunBB style generator like this one (http://spinkbb.jsand.net/punbb/?spkEn), we could include the resulting theme.
Or go to bed already :)
