Title: Vehicle controls!

It seems like something broke the vehicle controls, or well, at least what Outerra is logging. Seems like my binded "handbrake" key, prints out like "reverse", it's really confusing.

Seems that handbrake handling is somewhat broken. We'll probably move its handling into vehicle script instead.

Moving forward in ufo mode  with press of right mouse button was possible in early versions. Would be nice to have it back!
