Title: Help with setting up outerra and Xsplit?

I plan on making cinematics in outerra I need help of setting up outerra in the settings etc. Also need help with Xsplit in setting etc. Im new to all of this an need to know what fps and all of, which is best for cinematics. Btw this will be for YouTube.
