Title: I want to translate Outerra into Chinese

Hello cameni, I want to translate Outerra into Chinese, and willing to help to release an official Chinese version or a Multilanguage UI.
Could you provide me the resources of the localization project?

At the moment the localization is not yet prepared, it's a bit problematic as the UI is done as html windows and the texts are directly in html mixed with the layout code, and the controls will be updated frequently. We need to find a more suitable layout for translations.

Freeman, if you do not mind and are able, there are some parts of my novella in which I've pretty much destroyed the Chinese language, and could use a bit of advice.  When I revisit those sections again, could I tap your knowledge a bit?
