Hmm, those values are strange because raw values from your JS should be in range 0-4095 so the center should be around 2048 and your max value is ~260. I found here (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=71649) there are some issues with Saitek X45 control panel software. Can you try to uninstall it and try this again?

Another solution is to "reset calibration" in main menu/controls/controllers and move each axis to it's full extent. But precision will be degraded, you should try to remove the Saitek software first.

The same problem... try to rollback driver to one from Microsoft or try the latest driver from Saitek...
