If you want, I can send you links to the Tatra/Cesna skins from this thread - http://www.outerra.com/forum/index.php?topic=718.msg13625#msg13625 (http://www.outerra.com/forum/index.php?topic=718.msg13625#msg13625) . But since there's no skin system yet you will have to replace original textures.
