Title: What other Vehicles do you want in Outerra?

Was just discussing this with my Aussie friend (Stratic). When the demo comes out. A Cessna is great. Apache, awesome. Tatra truck is perfect. The only 2 things left are a space vehicle and a real car. EDIT: If water happens.. a boat will be needed.. Obviously finding models for your suggestions would help but don't be afraid to post anything you want. You can look at some models here http://www.exchange3d.com

Yes I was looking for it and I found that page too. But right when I saw it, I knew that the number is not correct :D

In addition to the Viper, we need an X-wing, a Spitfire (whatever variant you want), and maybe the NCC-1701 as air and space vehicles.

How about a pelican dropship from Halo?  Always wanted to fly one of those.  It's also fully capable of ground to space flight, so maybe you could use this as your space vehicle for the demo!  :D :D :D

Also, while looking for images I found an pelican dropship (http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?autocom=downloads&showfile=2706) download for X-Plane and from what I read it comes with working weapons and is able to carry and drop vehicles as well!

HRM... Maybe sea going vessels should also be included. I guess that is all dependent on water being implemented and people giving 2 .. well people don't really do boat sims now do they.

It's a free model, which can be downloaded from virtualbus.info like many another buses :) I think so it would look great, when imported to Outerra :P

Good to see another Al()ens fan on the boards.

I would love to see the Sulaco too. Or the dropship from Aliens for that matter.

I think to push some interest to the fantasy gamer aspect, whatever space vehicle is made should be a form of fantasy craft instead of your usual shuttle, just so do two birds with one stone i guess.

For air i think a Jet fighter with afterburner option could show more from the engine in terms of speed and jet handling (if its there to show in that way anyway) maybe an F-15?

for roads i agree a sports car, just6 to give some flash, im not sure on copyright issues but id say a Bugati Veyron again to just appeal to some crowds out there.

These are choices i think best for the promotion of the engine, my personal choices are a Dodge Ram pickup, a Eurofighter as the Jet, and for space something designed by the team themselves that could be launched from land in a sort of near future level of technology but different from your usual shuttle, a bit like the Delta Glider i guess.

Id be over the moon, but the Alien Universe is one of the most underexploited and horridly tarnished out there.

Id expect more iphone alien games before a gem like an Aliens MMO on this sort of engine.
