great model!

There is something that doesn't look quite right in the way that is rendered in the engine though. Do you think that it is the absence of a proper reflection map in Outerra? or perhaps that use of the sharders available. It looks sort of flat as an image if you know what I mean. I would be interested to know if there are any improvements to be made in this field?

I'd love to see the tail lights modeled. You can put a clear red lens over the reflector geometry.

Okay, okay, I hike a serious competitor, running to improve the model :) A model is cool!

updates looking good, I think the model is really good, but the shaders could do with some work, especially reflectance (which i'm not sure if it is supported by outerra engine yet!). see the following image as an example and hopefully you will understand what I mean when I say the model looks flat:

It would be great to see reflections in the car.

Turning hard in 3rd or 4th gear makes the car flip uncontrollably. o_O

That car looks great, but holy hell, how many polys is that?  It's great to see the tail lights modeled in and whatnot, but those 4 tires alone look very dense.

I'm currently using a normal map for my tire treads.  But I need to experiment more and try to get it to look a little better.  Mainly tweak my HP Geo to capture the normals/depth better.

I thought the import limit on a single mesh was 64k verts?  This seems more than that, but it's hard to tell without the wireframe.  Maybe this is alot more optimized than it appears.

Nice car, only issue I have is that I rolled the car over while turning a bit hard. So I tried making a banked turn, and tried again. I ended up turning the car on the maximum slant the editor lets me have, and it still rolled. Only issue I have with it though, and is otherwise immaculate. Good job!
