Hi,
Does anyone know of any free software that allows you to convert bitmaps into Vector files without losing color quality? I have tried Inkscape but I just can't get what I want from it, it keeps asking me the options of Colors, Scans etc and no matter what adjustments I make, I preview it and it looks like a flat smudged mess. Is there any FREE program out there that allows me to create highly detailed vector images that I can resize to what ever I want without distortion? I'm not looking for an online converter I am looking for a program that does it without me having to adjust any scans,pixels etc.
