Title: Where are saved added static objects reference?
Post by: BennyBoy on July 06, 2013, 07:49:18 am
Hello,

I just bought the full version, and it's really an impressive engine.
Does someone know where are saved the references of added objects in the world?
(like if you put a static object somewhere, as it's saved when you quit the engine, there must be a file somewhere with something like lat/lon and object path).

Thanks a lot

Ben

as far as I know it's the cache folder in your data directory

Yes thanks, i looked in the cache folder and found a bunch of objects.bix files, but as i read in another topic http://www.outerra.com/forum/index.php?topic=1550.0 (http://www.outerra.com/forum/index.php?topic=1550.0) i can't generate/modify them outside of outerra.

Would be nice to have a bix compiler released, i could add outtera support to my openStreetMap transformer software (http://osm2xp.com (http://osm2xp.com)).
