Hi all,

I don't know if anyone has posted these before, I searched but got no results.

For those who aren't the best at navigation/trigonometry such as myself...

1. http://www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html (http://www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html) (Yes google maps can do the same, but I find this quicker and easier for getting information from point to point over short distances, for roads and runways by taking note of two separate locations)

2. http://www.movable-type.co.uk/scripts/latlong.html (http://www.movable-type.co.uk/scripts/latlong.html) (Combine the use of the previous link with this to get precise distances, bearings and midpoints)

I use these to gather the information from my town, to map the roads in the area, taking screenshots to keep a visual bank of the information.

I hope some of you might find these useful. If anyone has a handier means of achieving these results, please share. :)
