Title: Grand Strategy Game using Outerra Engine?

Could it be possible to implement a system such as the Europa Universalis or Hearts of Iron series from Paradox into this engine.
Recreating history on a global scale!

That would be awesome. I would love a good strategy mod/game on this engine, though it would be quite tricky to create it, I'd imagine. I do think it is possible. I imagine a sort of Age of Empires type game, or Rome II Total War kind of game on Outerra.
