I just backed it for $55 so I get the $100 rebate when the unit comes out.

The way the OR sold to FB left a sad taste in my mouth. Hoping this is implemented a bit better.

Mmm... I don't know....

I think I still trust the backing of the Rift more.

Also, the dev kit is over $500?  How much is the consumer version?
And the FOV is smaller.
