Title: Can't load earth after installing MEDEM

I got Middle Earth running, but when I choose regular Earth, a black starry night loads, and I have to
delete Outerra and reinstall to see the Earth.

It happen to me too sometimes. What happen for me is for some reason, i get stucked at night time and even trying to play with the solar time of the day in the Sun tab, the dial is stucked on the far left (night time) . The only way i found to get to day time is to use increase time flow multiplier and stop it when the day time dial has moved toward the right (day time) . Only then i can move the solar time of the day dial  if i want.

Now I have +z dataset 3.2 gb installed, when I click on central england it starts loading 5-1-0.0 5-1-1.0, 6.1.3.0 , wad, etc.
from the internet, why is that?

Do you also have the cvd dataset installed?

No, and I was at a computer that DL's 8.7GB an hour yesterday (not
like my 300MB/hr home computer). Got a dataset I already had,
have to get the cvd next.

Made from indiamaps.com, keeps me from getting confused
