Title: New AH-64 "A"

What started like a small task to improve the UV's and textures on the current "AH-64 B", ended up as a brand new project: The "AH-64 A".

- Why an "AH-64 A" version?

The versions with digital cockpits have been made many, many times; this version, with this beautiful analog cockpit, is not that common.

-Outerra already have an AH-64. Why to do this again?

- This versions is aiming to have the best detail / accuracy possible for a "low" poly model, considering the future hardware and thinking that it shall look nice several years.

Didnt know they had an analog version. That would be really cool the have a working cockpit.

Yep, nice cockpit. I have in mind also the bomber cockpit.

Hello KH, do your Apaches share a common mesh, where parts are identical?  I like the fact that you are doing an Alpha model, as I can envision one day customizing Outerra into a Desert Storm SIM.  This is the golden era of military hardware (for me anyway).  I would love to paint some up!  -Woog

Hi Woogey!

The A version is now in an undefined stand-by, but I'll add in this version the stuff I had modeled from scratch for the "A"  (rotor tail, machine gun, TADS, etc.), and I have been making new models for all the other components...
