I need help my game dont start

Hmmmm...... I wonder what would happen if you installed in someplace other than the Program files folder.......

Looks like a corrupted installation, that file is only modified by installer or updater.

Thanks! changing the installation folder fix it!

I try reinstalling the game on the Program Files folder but don't work

I cant read it on notepad++ says

Well, something has garbled the file. Not sure how it's possible, sometimes can happen when OS crashes and the disk is in corrupted state and needs disk check. But if you delete all OT files and reinstall the program and the same thing happens, then it's likely a 3rd program (antvirus or something else) tampering with the data.
