Possible? I'm sure it is. But probably a long way away. Outerra is still setting up the basics of its world.

Wind was just released in the last update, accessible from the Environment tab. Currently only effects aircraft physics, not ground vehicle physics, but also effects the grass and trees.

I believe he was asking if now that we have wind, are the water effects in his video a possibility.
