Build in Radio/MP3 player ? ... i have to make one for some vehicle ! :D

Step 1: Play music with any given music player
Step 2: Launch Outerra
Step 3: In case of crappy track, use Alt+Tab to switch back to the music player, and change the track. Hit Alt+Tab to go back to the game.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!!!
You can also convert your favorite track to .ogg mono and use it as replacement for vehicle sound. The result is... interesting ;)

Setup Foobar2000 with Global Hotkeys. Then you can do as you please.
HOWEVER.. If the music was split left and right from virtual in-game speakers and you could walk away from your vehicle and hear it as you wonder on foot that would be wholly better.

Ohh, you are right, it could be really nice :)
Especially with the binaural audio.
