The games crashes along with my CCC.exe, my Catalyst driver.
I was really considering purchassing the full version if i had enjoyed
the game but i can't even get more than 3 minutes of gameplay before
my driver crashes.
I figured this would be useful.

It's in french btw.

Things that help with AMD cards (sometimes)
- clean drivers reinstall using DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html), because sometimes remnants of old drivers or old settings are causing issues
- setting a different MSAA mode - sometimes the drivers crash on some cards when using no-AA or FXAA, but not with MSAA 4 or 8 ... or vice versa
Also, you may want to test your GPU with some OpenGL benchmarks like FurMark (http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/) to make sure it's not a hardware problem.

You are probably going to be asked to post your eng.log, so might as well get that out of the way.......

Here's my eng.log file: http://www.mediafire.com/download/fu2q5ce6vjsunh7/eng.log

From your eng.log:
INFO: Some foreign modules were found injected into outerra.exe. Note that these modules can interfere with the rendering, causing black screen or rendering artifacts. It's advised either to stop the programs or unload them.
The following potentially problematic modules were found:
C:\PROGRA~2\Raptr\ltc_help32-103398.dll (Raptr Inc., Raptr In-Game Overlay), version 1, 0, 0, 1
...
WARNING: wglSwapBuffers has been tampered with
...
ERROR: graphics drivers appear to have crashed
Try disabling Raptr as it apparently tries to mess with the game.

I closed Raptr and my driver still crashed after 20 seconds of gameplay.. :(

Did it vanish from the eng.log?

No error here... Since I already had something similar with an ATI driver, I think you should use Display Driver Uninstaller (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html), as Cameni suggested.
You can send me a message at < acetone.ot at gmail.com > if you need a how-to and some details. You can even do it in french, if you want :)

you have an AMD 5000 series card and probably do not have the appropriate drivers,, I guess I have installed AMD Catalyst 15.7.1 Win 7 64-bit, but do not do not work properly.
you must install this version to be more or less well.
AMD Catalyst 14.12 Omega Win 7 64-bit
https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2442/amd-catalyst-14-12-omega-win-7-64-bit/ (https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/2442/amd-catalyst-14-12-omega-win-7-64-bit/)
-
I did a clean instalation of the driver and it still crashes. I'm really about to give up.
-
same problem, i have a AMD Radeon HD 6870 card >:( >:( >:(
-
i think that this problem is because of AMD discontinued HD 6000 cards :'(
-
AMD discontinued only the driver support, but existing drivers work fine. Our 5000/6000 test cards work without problems.
-
i need a solution to this problem please :(

You are probably going to be eventually asked for a copy of your Eng.log, if there is one.

Ok there's my eng log:

Same symptoms - there appears to be a 3rd party program that attempts to hijack the rendered output, and the drivers crash shortly afterwards.
-
http://raptr.com/amd Could this be the problem?
-
Yep, it's an AMD program supposed to help you fine tune your settings, but most of the time it's worth nothing, sucking resources and messing up with your games. Recommend you to be uninstal it marcel250, especially if it mess up with Outerra.
-
Ok i will uninstall it
-
So, i've unistalled Raptr and still gets the same problem. The game crashes after 4 secs of gameplay.
-
¡¡PLEASE HELP ME!!!
-
You have uninstalled raptr, but I guess it left some mess in your configurations...
Try making a clean uninstall:

¡¡PLEASE HELP ME!!!
We would really want to help with the problem, but there's very little we can do with driver crashes that we can't even reproduce on any our system. Might be a hardware problem, or more likely a problem with drivers on a particular hardware, or even a problem with the BIOS. If you are sure you have updated to the latest versions of everything, you can try reporting the issue to AMD (http://support.amd.com/en-us/contact).
It might be also helpful to run some other OpenGL benchmarks like Furmark (http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/), to ensure your hardware works correctly.
-
Ok guys so isn't a hardware problem, i tested with FURMARK and it works fine.
-
So guys, ,i've made clean uninstall, i installed the drivers that aWac9 suggested and..... IT WORKS :D thanks aWac9 and KW71 to solve my problem!! thanks!!!!. Now I have another problem, ¿why the grass is gray?

Now I have another problem, ¿why the grass is gray?
Could you take a screenshot? (F8 in game, then you can find it in your user directory/screenshots). You can upload it on imgur (https://imgur.com/), it's easy and you don't need any account.

It is a known issue
Cameni gives us an instruction to correct it.
in the game you press ALT + C and add this code to copy and paste (nonpermanent)
$ con.symbol ("$ SRGB_TF_BUG", "1")
or in the configuration menu of the game
Graphics / Anti-aliasing / MSSAA-x2, x4 or X8 (permanent)
