Title: Central Utah (WIP?)
Post by: bmandudeman on May 29, 2016, 11:55:28 pm
I spent a day in Outerra and destroyed my right hand, it hurts as I type. Anyway I spent about a week making this largish scene in the Outerra engine based on real locations in Utah County and places around it. It is mostly just a large collection of roads (There is literally no objects except some hangers and a nice house scattered around). I based the roads on real roads on google maps. It should not be hard to find them there. It features some hiking trails to the west of the valley and some western winding roads through the mountains. There is a very long road in the North East that heads into Wyoming. Sorry if some of the work is not very high quality, it is my first time making a scenery and sharing it. Cheers!

Nice work  :D

However, Utah is a very large area and I could not find the location! You should create a few campos (location menu -> Save position then get add a cam_pos folder in your otx archive with these). Or you can even give the name of the location, city, so we can find it with the location browser!

Welcome aboard! There are never enough scenery designers in Outerra :)

Thank you for the information, I added the new download link in the main post which does actually contain the compos. Again, thanks!
