Title: It rains under water

When I am under water (lake, sea, etc) and the weather is rainy, it rains under water too. I suggest correcting this issue :)

It also rains inside vehicles...Although there may be something I am doing wrong personally....

:) I totally understand.
I also understand that the list of issues/bugs will be enormous...but then posting here allows anyone who happens to have a workaround or potential fix to share the info...

Its a fantastic engine, even with 'nothing' to do in it, I find myself aimlessly flying around interesting and beautiful places to pass time.
