All that is mean by this is that this came could be made into a modern world sandbox.
step one barren world with a small spawn towns.
step 2 make it so players can use vowels.
step 3 add resources into the game so people can build, trade and ...
step 4 make a factory system that can be made to process and manufacture goods.
basically a game that is like the early days of america where people were fighting to find and sell resources to make money slowly growing big businesses that will hopefully turn into in game world powers who will make there own cities/states/country's and economys.
