Title: navigation map zoom

One feature that I'd like to see in future upgrades is a zoom functionality on the navigation maps. When walking and driving around it would be really useful to see better where I actually am.

I agree with that, when in a boat, all you get is a patch of blue water.

For now, you could use F2 Navigation Browser, which has a zoomable map.

If you have map shown, press esc and the zoom buttons appear on the map. When you close the menu they disappear again but the relative zoom adjustment stays.

But the zoom I think tends to change based on elevation, I think, which can be kind of irritating.

zooming with + and  - keys works fine now. It would be nice though if in addition also the arrow keys would be functional to allow to navigate the map while remaining at the same place in the outerra world to plan how to get to a certain destination
