Good day,
We are struggling to install Outerra on Windows 10 64bit. According to the Outerra support (Brano Kemen) it is compatible.
We've tried different installers as well. But no luck.
We have disabled our Kaspersky Antivirus and Windows Defender as well.
See attached errors that we get.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated !

Outerra Anteworld works perfectly in a Windows 10 64bit system, with a sufficient graphics card.
It looks like your copy is faulty due to download problems ...
I would not say something trivial but, have you tried to redo the download to get an intact copy to install?
If it still does not work then, probably, there is a problem with the server of Outerra and cameni will be able to check and remedy ...
P.S. The program will be installed in the 32bit version and you will find it in the folder (x86).
Inside there is also a 64-bit test version, but it is a simple test, and it lacks the functionality of the 32-bit version.

Don't think the public alpha already has a 64bit version.

Downloads are fine, it seems something on that computer is corrupting the downloaded files. Might be a virus or antivirus, insufficient disk space, some other program touching launched exe files ...

All of our other programs work, like Space Engine for example... We have enough disk space too. Does anyone else get the same problem? Also is it compatible with 64Bit?

Outerra is compatible with 64 bit Windows, but you are basically asking if the installer is compatible with Win x64 - yes, majority of users run 64 bit Windows and it installs fine.
We haven't seen reports of corrupted installer either, but we have seen various problems with antivirus sw even if disabled, especially Comodo.

Well that's interesting. I mean we do have the anti-viruses disabled and we install it like usual (click on Download on the website, click on the download (after its done) and say run.) But when we do this it says "Verifying Installer" until it goes to the 2nd error showed on image. Any ideas?

Also I wanted to mention that we tried on 3 different PCs.

When you right-click the downloaded installer, click properties, switch to digital signatures tab - does it show Outerra signatures?

Ok, I did what you said, (right-clicked Anteworld-17.0.3.8141 file and clicked properties), but there's no such tab it looks? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? This is what it looked like when I did this.

You are showing your Downloads folder. Right click on the exe file.

OK, I just downloaded the installer to be sure, from the link I sent to you yesterday, and this is what you should see:

If you don't see them, it means the executable was modified, or it was truncated.
Also, the correct size should be 584,605,040 bytes, and you have less ...

Yes something isn't right here... Umm maybe quickly send the link again just so I can make sure? Or do only very new PCs have this kind of option?

It's the same as the official link on our demo.outerra.com page. Digital signatures are used everywhere to verify the integrity of files, if you check some system Windows files you'll surely find them signed by Microsoft.
There's something fishy going on with your browsers (update, check any suspicious plugins), or you have a virus modifying the executables ...

Yes there is something fishy going on... but I don't know how to fix them... It might be a virus I thought.

We requested a zipped copy of the installer file. It worked !

I am also having the same issue. i have downloaded it a couple of times, and checked for viruses. yet am unable to resolve the issue. Attached is the error i keep receiving. any other possible tips to correcting this?
