What about a rainbow in outerra? Would it be possible to make ?

As an effect it should not be problematic too much, the question is when to render it. Right now it's physically impossible because cloud cover is global, i.e. there isn't a place where you can have sun rays passing through rain.
With local cloud cover it would require computing if current camera location can see rain that's lit from sun, which basically requires some additional capabilities - probably the same as correctly rendered god rays would require.

if you use footage from Outerra to make videos, most video editors will let you layer additional content into your scenes. A nearly transparent green screen layer of a rainbow could be superimposed over just about any footage you might capture from Outerra

Thanks but i was dreaming of having rainbows appearing in game under rain and sunlight conditions. Maybe in some future.
