Title: Problem with dual monitors.

Hello.

I'm having problems with my monitor setup and Outerra, i have a small monitor inside my pc-case and there is no way to have Outerra only use the main monitor.

ALT + semicolon don't work, it does something but it wont deactivate the monitor, also the new version is missing many options in the settings meny.

Is possible to deactivate the second monitor?, maybe in one of the .cfg files?.

You can position the window on the Windows virtual screen (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/gdi/the-virtual-screen) in eng.cfg, using wnd_x_pos and wnd_y_pos (default 0).
