Just saw the impressive demos of www.gugila.com (http://www.gugila.com), another graphic engine.
Would this also be possible in Outerra in the future?

Actually, we hope our system will better handle the transitions between levels of detail in the vegetation. That's why it also takes longer to design.

There are also other factors that aren't quite visible in those videos - for example, does the vegetation cover objects equally, whether they are close in the dense geometry and also when they are further away in the reduced level of detail?
