Title: Created an r/Outerra Subreddit

Figured I would grab it before any naughty people (ie not me) took it. I think if the right posts were submitted the first 100 posts would serve as a great one shot link to understanding all things Outerra.

However, the most successful one thus far was in the space subreddit, about the speed of light :)
