It could be with more quality if I buildings with maya, autocad, blender? is that I feel as if it needed my CREACCIONES graphic quality.

The geometry looks fine, I would suggest looking at some ways to increase the quality of your textures by reducing the use of tiled textures and instead covering a whole face with a single unique texture of slightly lower resolution.
