I see it comes with Saved locations.  Maybe 4 or 5 of them.  Can i get more?

Also I see water settings.  I don't understand them though.  They seem to have no effect.
But I have seen so many images of water.  The forest settings don't change anything after clicking apply.


Is there a bigginers guide or anything to help get started?

You can create them by yourself. Just fly to the position of your intereset and save the location.

The water settings are the physical values of them. Changing the wavelengths will result in otherwise colored water. You can press F1 for getting further information about whole outerra. But actually you dont need a guide to get started. You can fly around, place roads and objects and move vehicles. Thats all. These features are all compressed in the buttons on the top.

Yeah, but I think he means locations with objects already placed to see.
