I think the scale is wrong. He should be like twice as tall or more. Need a shot next to a car.

Thanks guys.  Did a recheck and Megatron...In the Films.. Stands Just over 35 Feet Tall.  So I scaled him up as well as placed a HERO and A Truck to show scale.  If Only I Had a Banana.

Updated the Pics and Download link for the new scale Megatron.
