Slowing down the Trim Rate?

I see now how the POV hat works for pitch and roll trim. I wonder, though, is there a config file I can edit that would "slow down the trim wheel?" I would like to be able to make little micro adjustments.

Yes, this feature was requested a few times before. I will look at it as soon as i finish new render pipeline for objects which i hope will be this week...

Thank you, I was thinking maybe something where the present rate is the default speed and pressing the shift key simultaneously slows it down to a tenth the speed...
