It's just small part of it as I'm working on my district only for now.

The thought of this in combination with online multiplayer and improved tyre physics combined with new cars makes me drool endlessly :D

Thanks  :) I'm doing my best to make it as accurate as I only can, and I've added few new pics.

Google Maps is integrated into Outerra.  Press G (not sure if the free version has it).

Also, I noticed yesterday that Google Maps updated their satellite images at least in my area.  The new images in my area seem to be at a time of year where the trees didn't have leaves, so that makes it easier to see the roads than it was in the previous ones.  ;D

Nice one. Did airport in my country. But had to go through precise world coordinates.

Just a question - is it your models in Outerra? If yes, how do you import it?

No, these models aren't mine.

We are finishing our work on the model importer, which will make it possible to import 3rd party models. It will be followed by a vehicle/aircraft configurator, so that the models can be bound to the appropriate flight dynamics models.

Thank you.

I've been researching it quite a lot. And didn't get right is the collada models work straight away or to wait for importer.
Looks like need to wait.

About the roads - I also had an idea to create a district, but looks like developers working on vector data importer from open maps, that will automatically do the roads from already existing data.

Actually my idea is to find a file of saved vector roads, if I could find out the code for vectors then it is easy to draw roads in vector software (better if it could be based on real coordinates) and then generate this file. This way will be easier to create cities.

But as I've said if Open map convertor will be done, then there will be no point for it.
