Hello,

i have installed Outerra Anteworld-0.7.11.3100 (Gamefront) , but l 'm blocked at Initializing the world
I see that the processor works
I let it run for 2 hours but nothing changes
I have a windows 7 64 bit  - video card nvidia geforce gt 330
I updated the driver 301.42.
I uninstalled and reinstalled anteworld but it does not change

i attach my file eng.log if you want to see

someone who can help me?

The log seems to be normal, but there's one program hooked into outerra.exe that may be interfering with rendering:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Spigot\Search Settings\wth.dll (Spigot, Inc., Widgi Toolbar), version 6, 2, 0, 2

Please shut it down and try to run outerra again.

I uninstalled spigot YDT tool bar but I have always the problem (after reebot my pc)
I saw in the log that it opens a file maitement nvidia instead of a spigot

I attached the log file

Nvidia's nvapi.dll is ok. So it seems the spigot wasn't the cause of the problem. Hmm.

Can you try setting a fullscreen mode? Edit eng.cfg and set fullscreen=true there.

same problem in fullsreen mode.

how long is normaly the phase "initializing the world" ?

It's just a few seconds usually. I don't remember if we had another 3xx user yet, 330 is nothing great performance-wise but it should work.

Please test the development version http://www.outerra.com/forum/index.php?topic=1146.0
It has a better logging and several issues were fixed there.

I will test later with a more powerful computer

I attached a screenshot because white dot appear over time.

Hmm interesting. The internal tasks that load terrain files can't run or can't complete for some reason. Can't come up with a reason for it, we'll probably need to extend the log messages there.

Once there was a problem reading the data from SSD. Also, what is your UAC level in Windows? (control panel - user accounts)
