Image issue

I don't know how to name it: "squared noise" or "artifacts". This appear always in the same screen position when I'm looking downward. If I look up to the sky, it dissapear. I have an ATI HD7970, Catalyst 12.6 (the latest is 12.8, but causes  shadow issues in Skyrim).

Hmm seems to be an old issue on ATI reappearing. Will try to replicate it ...
