Interesting tech!

It´s opposite of what I like with Outerra, but looks like what Outerra might be when populated he he.

Problem with this tech is the static apporach, so it´s useless for a game.

Wow. For 2009 that is pretty good. I imagine it is just certain mountains and such.

I guess so, and at a hefty price.

There is some free very detailed data over Welligton area NZ, lidar data down to 0.5m res, but when exported with sat image even the FBX file is 400mb for a 30x70km area :(
