The classic Back to the Future Delorean made driveable in the Outerra engine.
Been playing about with the importer and cooked this up. There's no steering wheel or animated dials as I don't understand the scripting system enough to implement them (I can't even understand HTML let alone Visual Basic!). Can get a little unstable when going over rough ground at high speed but I'm sure this will improve once other car physics elements are implemented into the engine. You'll need the development version of Outerra.
Just move the Delorean3 folder from the RAR into your packages\outerra directory which can be found where you installed your development version of Outerra. In the latest version of the development version of the sim, the car can be spawned by going to the vehicle spawn menu. Alternatively, you can spawn it from the buildings menu. Once spawned, close all menus, go to the car, hit enter and then hit space bar to start the engine. If the model looks dark, set the time to mid day and the month to around July (Summer time)
Unfortunately, I couldn't recapture the sound of the V8 used in Back to the Future so I used a generic car engine sound from "The Getaway" (Playstation 2).
Model originally from Travellers Tales Back to the Future game. Ini was modified from GIUcams better physics ini for the BMW M3 to reflect the DeLoreans engine performance.

I'll keep the source for this to one side so future improvements in the sim can be integrated into the model over the course of time.
