Changing the layout of CFG files?

Modifying lines in the CFG can be a real pain simply because you can't find the item. Could the default downloaded CFG's come with their layout like so..



Perhaps organized into groupings with titles commented out like

Oh that's the stupid MS Notepad accepting only the Windows line endings, we are not using it and it didn't occur to me that people would see it like that.
I'll change it to generate Windows line endings.

There will be a new style grouping later too.

There is also Notepad++, it is quite handy for editing these files.

Hah.. I have Notepad++ I just never opened these files in it. Standard notepad is just faster for my everyday.
