Tnx everyone!
In between fightings with outerra i model some houses.
I have finished some house... It's really not looking like a house, but in fact it is.
I just found him on google maps, and modeled.
Here's how it is looking in 3ds max

and inside outerra

my problem now is tiling, i have no idea how to fix that.
and also lod problems... ill consider continuing that model only after
i manage to overcome that.

Now im looking for some better reference of townhouse to make.

I have finished that house, found tiling solution and won LOD by just dont doing it lol.
That model is already as lowpoly as possible.

Also i did all normal and reflection maps, and apart from flickering that occurs for some
reason there are no big errors. Usable.

Hello mori,

I do not answer you because as you were talking about tile for the home, it seemed that it was achievable with 3ds - Max as I beats me with my English that 38-year-old, and I lost to the sons of the years. so I am using a translator.

Hoping that the translations are readable.
I also see that you were looking for how put a slab under the House then you have succeeded. Very well.

On my side I will try, I say try because it is not obvious in 60 years to make the 3D; especially when it's the first attempt.  :P :P

Good luck to you.

next house on the way, it's definitely prettier than previous.
Windows not finished, and a lot of details will be added later.
I like how i did the borders of the roof there is a small 32*32 tiled texture that makes roof
look very nice. At least from far. Lol. And i also changed some practices,
for example look at the beige rock texture, i rely on placing normal map with bricks
on it later, so i don't have to draw anything on diffuse. And also can reuse normals and diffuse
separately as much as i like. I also start adding small chromatic abberations on the diffuse textures,
i decided that adds realism, after seeing it used in some game projects.

Hello,

Very nice house, with its braces in the walls, it a resemblance to the Alsatian houses. It would be very nice to create small towns or villages.
Good continuation.

Personally I just created a student on 'Autodesk' account  ;D ;D 8) I have 3DS en free for 3 years. Now he'll tame the beast

Its doable, ill try to make it today.

Further plans are to finish streets signs that StG2-Oldtown
abandoned.

I want to concentrate on street props, traffic lights, bushes, fences, all that stuff that can be used to populate the world.
If someone wants to join i would be very happy. Together we can build big model library.

Even if you don't model, you can provide ideas/pictures of objects you want to see.
