Released Source Code?

I wanted to ask if you could possibly release the source code from outerra to the public, to make it open source. Just make sure to have license limitations. The good of doing this is, that people might give you ideas, it will be easier for modding, will give the user the availability of the freedom to change the engine in hers/his own opinion.

Lol this should never happen. They did the whole job, why they should make that open source? Also this project isnt at the stage to be modable. So releasing it to opensource only would have one effect: Other people would steal it for making money with that. And thats no fair deal.
