hey, im fairly new here, i just purchased a OR (its coming) and i just wanted to know if i can use it with Outerra?

EDIT: On a side note, the game isnt complete, corrrect? Also when it is complete must it be purchased?

Yes, OR was supported among the first demos. Here's the OR forum thread:

If you purchase the game now, you'll also get the access to the full version when it's complete.

In the demo, once you create an account you will be led to a Paypal page.
